 Here's an eggs-cellent idea: A video from the Chinese site jifenzhong.com gives an easy how-to for separating a yolk from an egg. Mandarin knowledge not required: Just watch and learn.
All that's needed: Two bowls, an egg, and an empty plastic water bottle. Crack the raw egg into one bowl, then the egg whisperer takes the plastic bottle and squeezes it, which gently sucks in the yolk. The yolk can then be squeezed out, unharmed, on to the second bowl. Simple. And simply amazing.
This low-tech solution to egg separation has wowed on the Web -- the video, uploaded to YouTube last month, snared the attention of multiple news outlets and blogs this week and has been viewed over 5 million times.
Thousands of commenters on YouTube responded. Anon7906 wrote, "My life has been changed." Walf89 added, "With this method, make more leche flan desserts!" And a grateful cook posted," That's cool! I'm tempted to try it right now."
This is not the first time a food trick has gotten its Web moment. A video that showed an easier way to peel a banana -- pinching it open from the tip, like monkeys do, instead of from the stem -- caused an Internet sensation with over 3 million views.
And Lifehacker teaches an easy way for a potato to clean up broken glass in the dishwasher: Take half a raw potato and run over area with glass shards. The spud will pick them up.
Saveur.com got attention for its solution to peeling an entire head of garlic in less than 10 seconds. The quick-fix idea goes like this: Hit the head of garlic with the heel of your hand so the cloves come off, put the entire mess into a metal bowl. Add an inverted bowl on top as a cover and "shake the dickens out of it" as explained by the magazine's Food Editor Todd Coleman. Seconds after shaking, voila: Peeled garlic.
But even a seasoned chef has nothing on the DIY videos out there. Egg separation will never be the same.

You alone, beloved,
can teach me to measure the memory of a song...
No one knows to what ecstasy my heart will soar.
The gentleness in your smile is enough

For all the silent records this vessel holds
contain the memory of you.

Speak then, beloved, speak.

7.5 hours – 9 hours. This is the number of hours that adults must spend sleeping every night. The reason why this number is important is because the brain re-energises your body while you sleep. If you sleep any less, the brain cannot complete its night time duties and as a result you are not able to give your best during the day. No matter how tight your schedule is, do try to get the minimum amount of sleep.
