Best small HDTVs for your home

those looking for big TVs at a reasonable price, the sweet spot is
typically below $1,000. But once you've created your own home theater
you might start looking around the house to bring large HDTV impact to
small spaces.Remember that the best time to buy TVs is typically after Thanksgiving and the very end of the year. Also, keep an eye out for deals on larger TVs as well. Unless you live in a mansion chances are you can't get a huge Plasma in your kitchen. However, the price difference between a 32" and a 42" TV can often be very small. Here are some of the best you can buy for a reasonable price. (All prices are subject to change. Search online or visit your local retailer for the best price when shopping for a TV).

Samsung makes great TVs. They are a leader in the market and their dedication to large, high performing Plasma TVs has served them well while other manufacturers have abandoned the technology. This 32" 720p LCD HDTV is a basic model with great picture quality. The USB connection allows you to play media directly to the TV with a flash drive or other device.

This TV is basically the same TV as the one mentioned above with one major difference — it's 1080p. You could argue that this higher definition specification doesn't make much difference on a TV of this size. However, if you want the best picture possible for a decent prize at this size, this is the TV for you. Just like its sister TV, this model also features a USB connection for your media needs.
3. Toshiba 24L4200U27"

They might not be one of the heaviest hitters in the TV market, but Toshiba gets it right with this small, affordable HDTV. It also looks sharp, featuring the company's Aero design and an LED backlight.
4. Philips 26PFL490727"

Another company that doesn't always get the recognition it deserves is Philips. They make solid TVs at good prices. This 720p HDTV may be small and lack 1080p, but it does offer WiFi, which is rare in a TV of this size and price. This means you can access Pandora, Netflix and Hulu without connecting any other devices.

This is a tiny TV with a tiny price to match. It boasts some great features for such a small package: 2 HDMI input, 1 component video input, 1 PC and 1 PC audio. This means the TV can act as an HD monitor for your computer or a great source for any HDMI devices. The speakers are also pretty good for such a small television.
6. Toshiba 19L4200U19"

Here's another one from Toshiba that features an ultra-slim design, 720p resolution and what the company calls DynaLight Backlight Control. Toshiba says this feature offers rich blacks and enhanced detail. This model also offers a USB port for your media devices along with all the other input features you need for device and PC connectivity.
7. Affinity LE195019"

You may not have heard much about this company, but they do offer a decent TV with a nice remote and some good features for the money. Like the other TVs on this list, the Affinity offers multiple input options for devices and PCs. It also includes 1 S/PDIF Coaxial digital output and a headphone jack.
8. Dynex DX-15E220A1215"

This one may be small enough to sit on your dashboard. Dynex is known for making inexpensive, entry-level televisions and other electronics peripherals. Even for a TV this small you get 2 HDMI inputs (the same amount as some TVs thrice its size) as well as an optical digital audio jack and a headphone jack. You can also hook your computer up to this one.
